The arteries of every CNG and CBG installation

High-pressure tubing connects compressors, cascades, dispensers, fill posts and panels. It must stay leak-free at 250 bar for decades, through temperature swings and vibration. Urjika executes this work in-house, with trained technicians, precise bending and double-ferrule compression fittings.

We engineer each layout from the site P&ID — optimizing routing, bend radius and elevation to minimise pressure drop — then install underground in trenches or above ground on panels and structures, and hand over with complete test records.
